Brad grew up on a farm in Eaton County and continues to live and farm in the Charlotte area. A successful career in Mechanical Design, Research and Project Management provided him with an opportunity to serve others while working along side his family.

Maria Heinze
Maria began her administrative career at the Eaton Conservation District as a teenager. She continued in the field for over decade before pursuing Human Resource Management. Maria has enjoyed focusing on employee initiative for the last 5 years. At home, Maria, her son, and family, enjoy spending time staying fit and flipping furniture.
